Angel Readings
Curious about who is around you? With your permission I invite the energy in and then "tune in" to your energy and feel who surrounds you. Usually I am able to convey messages, appearance, and emotions of your loved ones who have passed on. This is not an exact science however, so an open mind and dialogue is appreciated. The session will take about an hour. After the session we can discuss and type up some notes together for your reference.
Divinely Guided MeditationTogether, we will explore your own intuition, receive guidance, and gain clarity from your spirit guides through a Divinely Guided Meditation. I will invite the Reiki Energy to surround us, tune into the Spirit Guides who will lead me in leading you through a mindful journey. The meditations are not scripted, but unique and divinely inspired. The insight gained is often powerful and helps to shift the energy within you.

ReikiReiki is an ancient Japanese form of healing. Directly translated it means Universal Life Force Energy. During your session, we will invite that healing energy down through my hands and into you. We will also invite your personal guides to be present during the session and request their assistance in your healing.
Private YogaWanting to learn more about yoga, but feeling shy about doing it in a group setting? A great way to get started is a few private classes at my home studio. I will guide you through a typical vinyasa class with very specific cuing and plenty of hands on adjustments. My goal is to have you comfortable practicing in a group setting in a just a few lessons. Of course some of my clients just enjoy the one-on-one attention, and that works for me too!
